Responsibilities:
• Deliver skilled nursing care in clients’ homes
• Perform physical assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and families
• Document patient care accurately and timely
Requirements:
• Active RN license in the state of Indiana
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health experience is a plus!)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills and compassionate bedside manner
