This position covers our North Palm Beach Zone, including Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens. What You’ll Do: • High-quality, one-on-one skilled nursing care to geriatric patients. • Assessments and OASIS documentation (with a team that helps you get it right). • Coordinate with our clinical director and physicians.
