Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health (PRN | Per Visit) Location: Indianapolis, IN & surrounding areas Schedule: PRN / Flexible Employment Type: W2 Pay: $50 per visit Position Overview We are partnering with a home health provider in the Indianapolis area seeking PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) to complete per-visit home health skilled nursing visits. This role is ideal for nurses looking for flexible, supplemental income while remaining on a W2 payroll. Visits are scheduled based on availability and geographic preference. Responsibilities • Complete skilled nursing visits in patients' homes • Perform patient assessments, vitals, medication reconciliation, and education • Document visits accurately and timely per agency standards • Communicate patient updates to the care team as needed • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and home health regulations Pay Structure • $50 per completed visit • Visits are typically brief and focused • W2 employment (taxes withheld) Qualifications • Active RN license in Indiana • Home health experience preferred but not required • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally • Strong assessment and documentation skills • BLS required Why This Role? • W2 employment • Flexible, PRN scheduling • Choose how many visits you accept • Great opportunity to supplement income • Minimal time commitment per visit Interested?
