As the RN Hospice Director, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of our Hospice Division. Requirements What You’ll Do • Provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for the Hospice Division • Lead and support multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams • Drive growth while maintaining the highest standards of patient-centered, end-of-life care • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and compassion • Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence across hospice operations • Develop and mentor leadership staff to support long-term organizational success • Partner with executive leadership to advance AdvisaCare’s mission and vision Who You Are You are a seasoned hospice leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing organization and is motivated by impact—not just outcomes.
