Job Description
Nursing Coordinator
Nursing Resources provides 24/7 support for all nursing services. It combines Intake Coordinator, House Supervisor, House Resource and staffing coordinators. It is a fast-paced environment where teamwork, multi-tasking and critical thinking are key.
Job Summary
Coordinates patient throughput from all entry points of the healthcare system. Maintains administrative continuity within the healthcare system in the absence of administrative staff. Collaborates with nursing departments, ancillary departments and physicians to provide excellent patient care in the absence of managers.
Qualifications
EDUCATION: Diploma or Associate's degree (ADN) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years minimum medical-surgical and/or critical care. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Two years RN experience will be accepted if the RN has at least 6 months of RN experience within NRHS.
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION: Current Oklahoma Registered Nursing license. Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training preferred. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training is required within 6 months of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.

Hourly rate depending on previous work experience. Shift and weekend differentials.
