Registered Nurse (ICU) – 13 Weeks | 36 Hrs/Week | Baltimore, MD
Location: Baltimore, MD
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 36 Hours per Week | Nights
Start Date: 12/07/2025
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse to provide high-acuity patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The RN will monitor and manage critically ill patients, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver safe and effective care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and protocols
• Monitor critically ill patients using advanced equipment (ventilators, cardiac monitors)
• Administer medications, fluids, and treatments accurately and on time
• Assist with invasive procedures such as intubations and central line insertions
• Manage ventilator settings and life-support systems
• Respond promptly to patient condition changes and emergencies
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Educate and support patients and families during critical care
• Precept and mentor nursing staff as needed
Requirements:
• Active RN license (Maryland or Compact)
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
• BLS and ACLS (AHA required)
• Strong critical care assessment and clinical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
