TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU to provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment. Job Responsibilities
• Provide continuous assessment, monitoring, and care for critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments accurately and safely.
• Operate and interpret advanced monitoring equipment including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition with appropriate interventions.
• Document all patient care activities, assessments, and responses in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-ICU care considerations.
• Adhere strictly to infection control, safety, and compliance policies.
Qualifications
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex patient care in a high-acuity setting.
