Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU in Brooklyn, NY

Job Title: RN - ICU *Overtime Available - Weekly Payments* Pay Range: $75/hr to $85/hr Shifts Available: 7am to 7:30pm (3*12 hr Days) / 7pm to 7:30am (3*12 hr Nights) Guaranteed Hours: 36hr/week Duration: 13+ Weeks Department: Hospital Location: Brooklyn, NY 11235 Required Skills & Experience: • Two (2) years of Critical care experience. • Two (2) years of Conscious Sedation experience. • Two (2) years of IV Insertion and Phlebotomy experience. Required Certifications & Licensure: • New York State RN License. • AHA BLS. • AHA ACLS. Job Duties: • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to inform treatment plans. • Administer medications and treatments such as IV infusions, sedation, pain management, and specialized procedures like suturing and catheterization. • Monitor patients continuously using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Cerner or Epic to document care accurately and efficiently. • Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, post-discharge care, and health coaching strategies for recovery and well-being.
