Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit • Discipline: RN • Duration: Ongoing • 36 hours per week • Shift: 12 hours • Employment Type: Staff PAY: $33.00 – $52.80/hour (based on 2–20 years of experience) REGISTERED NURSE – CLINICAL DECISION UNIT (CDU) Location: Salisbury, MD Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire POSITION OVERVIEW The Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, telemetry-monitored environment focused on cardiac and peripheral vascular patients. This unit manages cardiac and cardiac/peripheral vascular procedures with continuous telemetry monitoring and limited critical infusions. The CDU RN functions as a patient advocate and delivers care in accordance with ANA Standards and the Nursing Process.
