Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate
ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
to join our critical care team. This full-time night shift role offers competitive pay, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients across all ICU specialties.

Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Schedule:
3×12-hour shifts per week (36 hours) + every other weekend/holiday
Patient Ratio:
1:1 – 2:1
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years ICU nursing experience
Licensure:
Rhode Island RN license or Compact license preferred
Salary Range:
$65,201 – $89,856 annually
Weekly Range:
$1,253.88 – $1,728.00
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the ICU, caring for
all types of ICU patients
(medical, surgical, cardiac, neuro, trauma, etc.)
Monitor and assess critically ill patients with complex conditions
Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate advanced medical equipment
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
Document patient care accurately in EMR systems
Support patients and families with compassion and clear communication
Qualifications
Current RN license (RI or Compact preferred)
Minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience required
AHA ACLS and BLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
