Get to Know Your Team: UT Health Athens is a 127-bed facility, including a 24-hour ED, designated as a Level IV trauma center and acute stroke-ready facility; advanced diagnostic technology; 10-bed ICU; maternity unit, radiation therapy center; and a stand-alone ED in Gun Barrel City. Responsibilities The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who uses the nursing process to provide and direct patient care for a group of patients for a designated time frame. Qualifications Job Requirements:Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN).Must maintain current Texas RN License.BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
