Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU to provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment. Job Responsibilities
Provide continuous assessment, monitoring, and care for critically ill patients in the ICU.
Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments accurately and safely.
Operate and interpret advanced monitoring equipment including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition with appropriate interventions.
Document all patient care activities, assessments, and responses in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-ICU care considerations.
Adhere strictly to infection control, safety, and compliance policies.
Qualifications
Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
Minimum 2 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and communication skills.
Ability to manage complex patient care in a high-acuity setting.
