We are currently looking for an RN to care for a 24 year old female in her home in Brentwood, NH. She needs vitals, complete assist ADLs, feeding tube, medications, housekeeping, and monitoring. We are looking for Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 5pm-9pm with a possibility of more hours. Why BrightStar Care? Job Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with professional standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care and outcomes. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory guidelines. Requirements: Active RN license in the state of practice.
