Responsibilities • Conduct RN assessments and supervisory visits in client homes • Develop and review individualized care plans • Provide skilled nursing services as ordered • Monitor client progress and communicate with the care team • Ensure compliance with Tennessee in-home care standards • Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and families Qualifications • Active Tennessee RN license in good standing • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned counties • Strong assessment and communication skills • Experience in home health, hospice, or community nursing a plus • Commitment to treating clients with dignity and respect Service Areas Positions available across: ?
