Schedule
• Full-Time | 36 hours/week
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 3 twelve-hour shifts per week
• Every 3rd weekend and holidays required
• Night Shift Differential: +25% of base rate for hours worked between 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
About the Role
Join a fast-paced 18-bed Intensive Care Unit delivering high-acuity, patient-centered care. The unit maintains a 1:2–3 nurse-to-patient ratio, allowing RNs to focus on quality outcomes and critical decision-making.
Required Qualifications
• Associate of Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred
• Active Indiana RN License or Multi-State RN License (NLC)
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire (training provided)
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire (training provided)
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move 50+ lbs as part of daily responsibilities
Compensation
• Hourly rate based on years of RN experience
• New ICU RN base rate starts at $30.40/hour
• Experienced RNs earn top-quartile pay in the region
• Additional shift differentials and Sunday/holiday premiums
• Benefits eligible with 16+ hours/week
