Overview:

Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is hiring a flexi/prn Registered Nurse (RN) for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to work on an as needed basis.

Flexi/prn, rotating shifts

Depart/Position Overview:

The ICU at Sentara Virginia Beach Hospital is a 24-bed general ICU. In addition to fellow staff, the RN will receive incredible support from the Unit Nurse Educator, Unit Coordinator, and RN Manager. The unit has an active Partnership council and is currently involved with the hospital Magnet journey.

Education

• Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (required)

• Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN or MSN (Preferred)

Certification/Licensure

• Registered nursing License (Required)

• BLS required within 90 days of hire

Experience

• Recent ICU experience strongly preferred
