Registered Nurse (RN) – IV Therapy & Wellness Medspa (Full-Time, Norfolk VA) in Chesapeake, VA

Pay: $30/hr base + tips + commission (very competitive total pay for strong performers)
Schedule: Full-time, 4–5 shifts/week, rotating weekends, no nights/on-call
Setting: Spa-like IV hydration & wellness clinic (not a hospital or SNF)
Must have: VA RN license, solid or trainable IV skills, interest in wellness & client education/sales

Prime IVOcean View is a busy, high-end hydration and wellness spa. We help busy professionals, parents, athletes, and high performers feel and function at their best with IV vitamin therapy, injections, and advanced wellness services like NAD, Niagen and peptides.

We’re a pharmacist-owned, fast-growing location with a strong reputation for education, results, and a great client experience.

We’re looking for a full-time RN who is confident with IVs, cares about people, and is excited by a role that blends clinical nursing with wellness, education, and sales.

What You’ll Do
• Start and manage IVs safely and confidently (per protocols)
• Administer IM injections and IV therapies (vitamins, hydration, NAD/Niagen, etc.)
• Perform focused assessments and ensure client safety and comfort
• Educate clients on drip options, add-ons, and wellness programs
• Recommend memberships, packages, and upgrades based on client goals
• Document accurately and follow all Prime IV and state nursing standards
• Work closely with our providers and front-desk team
• Help maintain a clean, calm, spa-like environment
• Contribute to monthly membership and revenue goals as part of a supportive, competitive team

Who You Are
• Current RN license in Virginia, in good standing
• Comfortable and experienced with IV starts (or eager to get very good, very fast)
• Enjoy one-on-one client interaction in a calm, non-acute setting
• Interested in wellness, preventative care, performance, and longevity
• Comfortable talking about money and recommending services/memberships
• Team-oriented, reliable, and willing to work some rotating weekend shifts
• Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly bedside manner

Schedule
• Full-time: typically 4–5 shifts per week
• Mix of weekdays and rotating weekends
• No nights, no on-call, and more predictable hours than traditional hospital roles

Compensation & Benefits
• Base pay: $30 per hour (depending on experience)
