What You'll Do:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be essential in promoting the health and well-being of our residents. Your key responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, creating personalized care plans, administering medications, and working closely with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Full-time day, evening, and night shifts available; rotating weekends.
Sign-On Bonus: $5k for Full-time.
WEEKLY PAY!
Part-time and per diem positions are also available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments and develop tailored care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Provide wound care and other necessary nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for holistic care delivery.
• Guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in providing quality care.
