What You Will Do: • Provide direct and compassionate care to our patients, maintaining the highest standards of quality. • Supervise daily activities of assigned nursing assistants. • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, as well as facility policies and procedures. What You Need to Make a Difference: • Active RN license in your state of residence. • Current CPR Certification. • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure. • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficient technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
