Your Role: As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and comfort of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing personalized care strategies, administering medications, and collaborating with our dedicated healthcare team to provide comprehensive care. Shift Details: • Part-time nights: 11 PM - 7 AM • Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available across all shifts • Sign-on Bonus: $4,000 for full-time and $2,000 for part-time roles • Weekly pay! Key Responsibilities: • Conducting thorough patient assessments and tailoring care plans • Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed • Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and medical history • Providing nursing interventions, including wound care • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care • Mentoring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality of care If you are passionate about providing compassionate care and want to be part of a team that values your expertise, we encourage you to apply for the Registered Nurse position!
