THIS NEED REQUIRES LABOR & DELIVERY AND OBSTETRICS EXPERIENCE. FROM CHECK-IN TO DISCHARGE, A TRAVEL NURSE IS NEEDED WHO IS COMFORTABLE IN ALL ASPECTS OF DELIVERY AND AFTER CARE.

Demonstrates clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process. The RN must assess and identify patient problems/needs, establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress.

Speare OB Unit can manage High-Risk pregnancy management, including (but not limited to):
Preterm Labor
High blood pressure
Diabetes
VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean Section)
Prenatal testing
Amniocentesis
Childbirth education classes

Speare Memorial Hospital is a 100,000 square foot Critical Access Hospital located in the heart of New Hampshire between the scenic Lakes Region and the White Mountain National Forest. Speare Memorial Hospital is "up the hill" from Main St. Plymouth's downtown area and adjacent to Plymouth State University.
We are approximately 25 minutes from Lincoln, Meredith, Wentworth and Bristol. Our hospital campus is accessible from both exits 25 and 26 off Interstate 93.
