Seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations within a skilled nursing facility. The DON will oversee nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote high-quality resident care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor nursing staff to deliver person-centered, evidence-based care.
• Manage daily clinical operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support staffing, training, and retention strategies to ensure consistent resident care.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
• Active RN license (state or compact)
• Previous leadership experience in long-term care strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits:
• Pay: $38–$63/hr (salaried/exempt; based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 ($5,000 paid at 6 and 12 months)
• Relocation Bonus: Available, determined at offer
