Ref #: C-RN-9053182 Location: Skowhegan, ME Type: Contract (Non-Travel) Start: ASAP Duration: 15 weeks Schedule: 06:00 PM – 06:30 AM Rate: Local $1,519 / 36 hours Required qualifications • Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state of practice • BLS certification Core responsibilities • Assess patients, develop and implement nursing care plans, and document assessments and interventions in the medical record • Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per orders and facility policy • Monitor and record patient progress; adjust care and notify providers as indicated • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and assist with procedures as needed • Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; supervise and manage patient conduct and order • Provide patient and family education; document teaching and responses • Complete other duties as assigned by management Compliance • Adhere to facility policies, state nursing regulations, and quality/safety standards
