Job Details Description Full-Time Day Shift Benefits • $65,000 - $75,000/year • Paid time off begins accruing day 1 • Health, vision, dental, & HSA plans • 401K plan with employer contribution • No scheduled weekends • Clinical call support from Legacy IHP Solutions As an RN Manager at Edgewood, you’ll be in charge of supervising a team that provides our residents with exceptional care. Responsibilities • Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff • Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans • Ensure that the delivery of care meets expectations • Assess current and prospective residents • Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff • Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies Qualifications • Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license • Previous experience supervising staff • Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired • Passion and drive for helping others • A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset At Edgewood, vaccinations are a choice.
