The RN implements individualized care plans, ensures clinical documentation accuracy, promotes family education, and maintains compliance with Florida PPEC safety and regulatory standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide nursing care per physician orders and individualized treatment plans. • Ensure compliance with Florida PPEC regulations (59A‑13). • Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient response. • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and required reports. • Educate families on patient needs and care techniques. • Participate in orientation and ongoing competency assessments. • Support emergency response and infection control procedures.
