Collaborates with providers and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care across the continuum and support patients and families physically, emotionally, and psychologically. Requirements • Active Illinois RN license • AHA BLS (Healthcare Provider) required prior to start • BSN preferred • Prior RN experience preferred • Basic EMR and Microsoft Office proficiency Responsibilities • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans • Document accurately and maintain patient confidentiality • Educate and support patients and families • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams • Participate in quality improvement initiatives Work Environment Fast-paced clinical setting requiring standing, lifting up to 35 lbs, and exposure to infectious diseases and emotional stress.
