Unit Overview Nampa med/surg unit is a fast-paced 24 bed Surgical unit that is an ideal place to build strong clinical skills while caring for an increasingly diverse patient population. Typical RN to patient ratios on this unit are 1:5, with reduced ratios of 1:4 for acuity when necessary. For CNAs, the ratios are typically 1:8-10. What you can expect from this role Full Time Nights (3x12's 7p-7a) includes shift differential pay Additional PTO accrual for night shift Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance eligible for new hires Certification pay (ex.
