Job Description

**Title:** Staff Nurse – Med/Surg Telemetry • *Schedule:** Days 7a - 7p, Three twelve hour shifts weekly, every other weekend • *Assignment Details:** - Guaranteed Hours: 36 - Contract Weeks: {{Contract Weeks}} • *Requirements:** - Current ACLS certification - BLS certification - Med/surg telemetry and Step down ICU experience preferred • *Roles & Responsibilities:** - Provide professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes. - Develop, implement, and evaluate patients' plans of care. - Collaborate with other care team members, the physician, and the patient/family to achieve optimal patient outcomes. - Maintain confidentiality of patient information and make decisions independently and in collaboration with others. • *Compliance / Notes:** - Must reside outside a 60-mile radius.
