Department : 35805 BayCare Leased Employees - Med Surg : IU 2 Neurology and Surgical Status : Full time Benefits Eligible : Yes Hou rs Per Week : 36 Schedule Details / Additional Information : • Night Shift Weekend Program • Full time (Friiday, Saturday, and Sunday) • 7pm to 7 : 30am • Ability to request off 1 weekend per quarter • Extra $11 / hr premium incentive by working in the WP position (after training and when in direct patient care) Pay Range $38.20 - $57.30 Registered Nurse (RN) – Med / Surg Neuro 2845 Greenbrier Road, Green Bay, WI 54311 Sign on bonus for eligible candidates of up to $15,000 Where You Will Work : The 2 Neuro Unit provides 12 private rooms and specializes in caring for patients with neuroscience, neurosurgical, and neuro intervention needs . While it accommodates a wide variety of patients, its core focus is on complex neurological care. RNs on the unit : • Obtain NIH Stroke Scale certification • Participate in continuing education tailored to neurological care. • Attend a dedicated neuro class during orientation We’re Looking For : • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association What You’ll Do : • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
