Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Location: Ocala, Florida Schedule: Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $30.60 – $45.90 per hour (based on experience) • Shift Differentials: $4.25/hour (Nights) | $3.00/hour (Weekends) • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 (Nights) • Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis • Comprehensive benefits package • 401(k) with employer match • Tuition assistance About the Opportunity A leading healthcare organization is seeking experienced MICU Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a high-performing team at a 323-bed acute care facility, recognized as an ACS Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center. This role offers the opportunity to provide advanced, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using the Assess–Perform–Teach–Manage framework • Perform critical care procedures, hemodynamic monitoring, and medication administration in accordance with provider orders • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans • Support evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (within the last 3 years); ICU or PCU experience preferred • Strong Medical-Surgical candidates will be considered • Active Florida RN license (Compact license accepted; Florida licensure required within 60 days) • Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred) • AHA BLS certification within 30 days of hire • AHA ACLS certification within 90 days of hire For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
