How you’ll contributeA Registered Nurse who excels in this role:Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.Documents patient care provided in a timely and accurate manner.Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support).Assesses learning needs and delivers age/culture-appropriate patient/family education.Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.Participates in performance improvement and required continuing education.Provides quality patient care and works other shifts/units as needed; may take on-call assignments.
