A Brief Overview
As a member of our nursing team, you will provide comprehensive care while developing nursing diagnoses, establishing care objectives, and delivering emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
What You Will Do
• Deliver patient care by implementing nursing care plans, communicating effectively with healthcare teams, and supporting patients and families through their healthcare journey.
• Create individualized nursing care plans by assessing medical histories, examining patients, and documenting conditions and progress.
• Educate patients and families on healthcare requirements, self-care skills and medications, ensuring they are informed and comfortable with their care plans.
• Evaluate patient care outcomes by reviewing medical records, noting changes, and adjusting nursing care plans accordingly.
• Maintain a safe and healthy patient environment by adhering to infection control policies and healthcare regulations.
• Document all patient care services accurately and timely in departmental records.
• Manage patient care equipment effectively, performing routine maintenance and ensuring supplies are adequately stocked.
• Commit to continuous professional development and maintain nursing competencies.
Essential Qualifications
All candidates must be able to fulfill the required working hours and adequately perform essential job functions. The role requires clear communication, auditory skills, and visual acuity necessary for delivering exceptional patient care.
Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice upon hire.
Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical environment.
