Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical - New Graduates Welcome Location: Conway Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical - New Graduates Welcome This is a Registered Nurse 1 vacancy open to candidates with 0 – 1 year of RN work experience. For a limited time, Maine Health is offering universe-up to $10,000 Sign‑on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with 1‑2 years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of experience! Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part‑time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part‑time hires, per diem hires are ineligible. Summary: The Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical role provides high quality patient care through assessment, chcia, implementation and evaluation of patient outcomes. Collaborates, delegates, and communicates with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal care. MH RN I: This level represents the beginner in their clinical role. This care team member has less than 12 months experience and is primarily developing the required knowledge and skills to work within their setting. Level I must achieve all performance expectations, by completion of facility and unit orientation, and satisfactorily completing the introductory period. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred. • Licensure/Certification: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
