Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg Full-Time Position Primarily Night Shift (7p-7a) but other shifts as needed Job Summary: • You will serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. • You will monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems. • You will perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the Registered Nurse (RN) • You will assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of your healthcare team. • You will teach patients and families to understand conditions, medications and self-care skills.
