Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse (RN) – MedSurg / Surgical Unit. This is a Full Time – Day Shift opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Austell, Georgia(Onsite). Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process. • Deliver evidence-based clinical care aligned with best practices. • Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation. • Educate patients and families regarding care plans and recovery. • Practice in accordance with the Georgia Nurse Practice Act and professional standards. • Participate in quality improvement and shared governance initiatives. • Support continuity of care across the inpatient care continuum. • Complete all required competencies, education, and unit-based training. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Key Skills:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact) • BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent) • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking • Ability to deliver safe, patient-centered inpatient care • Experience working in a fast-paced MedSurg/Surgical unit • Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills • Effective time management and prioritization • Proficiency with EMR/clinical documentation systems • Commitment to patient advocacy and service excellence • Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred • Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire): • Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact) • BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) • Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience • Additional Requirements: • Ability to work night shift (for this specific role) • Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment . • Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct .
