Pay Range: $32.00 - $48.00 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is looking to hire a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Medical/Surgical team. We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to prioritizing the needs of patients and are driven by our mission to deliver exceptional care. This role will involve coordinating and delivering direct patient care in acute care settings. Position Specifics: • Department: Medical/Surgical • Core Function: Nursing • Schedule: Full Time, Nights, 36 hrs/week, Weekend Option • Facility: St. Elizabeth’s Hospital • Location: O’Fallon, IL • Sign on Bonus: $15,000 Education Qualifications • Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required. • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred. Experience Qualifications • Experience in healthcare is preferred. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required. • Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules. • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
