Base pay ranges from $40 to $48, with shift differentials up to $53/hour. As a Registered Nurse, you will be vital in enhancing the health and well-being of our residents. Your role will involve assessing patient conditions, crafting tailored care plans, administering essential medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver top-notch care. Key Responsibilities Include: • Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and creating individualized care plans. • Administering prescribed medications, treatments, and IV therapies. • Monitoring vital signs and documenting medical information accurately. • Providing essential wound care and other nursing interventions. • Working closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. • Leading and mentoring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high-quality care delivery.
