What We're Looking For: • Active, unrestricted RN license in Minnesota (or eligibility for endorsement). • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred). • 1+ years of experience in long-term care, senior living, or acute care (new grads encouraged to apply with strong clinical rotations). • BLS certification; experience with EHR systems (e.g., PointClickCare) a plus. • Excellent clinical judgment, empathy, and communication skills in a fast-paced, resident-centered setting.
