Your Role:
As an essential team member in our Neuro Trauma ICU, you will:
• Act as an advocate for patients and families, safeguarding privacy and confidentiality.
• Educate patients and families about medications and treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality, focused care while continuously striving for improvement.
Job Requirements:
• Current Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license.
• BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• BSN is preferred; CCRN certification is a plus.
