Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and collaborating with the healthcare team to communicate nursing care plans.
• Develop comprehensive nursing care plans by gathering medical histories, examining patients, and establishing care objectives.
• Educate patients and their families about healthcare requirements, medications, and self-care skills.
• Evaluate patient care by measuring health outcomes, adhering to therapeutic standards, and modifying care plans as needed.
• Ensure a safe patient care environment by following infection control and legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care services in records.
• Oversee patient care equipment and supplies to ensure functionality and availability.

Required Education and License:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Board of Nursing upon hire.
