The Tucson Medical Center New Graduate Nursing Residency Program is a one-year long program which includes: hospital orientation, skills labs, forums, interdisciplinary experiences, unit orientation with a preceptor, and monthly educational forums. We realize transition can be stressful and a little scary. This program has been designed to minimize these stresses. We now have opportunities in the following units for our March 2026 Cohorts: Unit 750 Med Surg Unit 850 Med Surg GI Lab Labor & Delivery Neuro Neurosurgery Candidates are able to begin their employment once they have obtained their RN License MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Graduation from a qualified, nationally-accredited nursing program. EXPERIENCE: None required. No more than nine months of paid RN work experience.
