In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality care, supporting residents’ comfort, health, and overall well-being. You’ll work within a collaborative and welcoming environment alongside LPNs, RNs, CNAs, Dietary Aides, Physical Therapists, Activities Staff, and more—while receiving guidance and support from our Nurse Managers and Director of Nursing. What You Will Do: Administer Treatments & Care Monitor Vital Signs Maintain Documentation Supervise & Support Staff Serve as a Resource Report Resident Care Medication Management Address Medication Concerns Respond to Call Lights Admit and Discharge Residents What You Will Bring: Active RN license registered through the State of Wisconsin.
