A respected, mission-driven nonprofit healthcare system in Southern California is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This full-time opportunity offers 12-hour night shifts and the ability to provide specialized care to premature and critically ill newborns in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU
• Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Support and educate families throughout the care process
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical standards
Required Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active California RN license (required upon hire)
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (required upon hire)
• NRP certification through the American Academy of Pediatrics (required upon hire)
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a NICU setting
