Registered Nurse (RN) (Night Shift) in Nevada, MO

About the Role As an RN on our founding team, you'll be at the heart of it all—delivering compassionate, high-quality care to individuals on their recovery journey. You’ll support detox, administer medications (including MAT), jump into emergencies when needed, and collaborate with a rock-solid clinical team that truly cares. What You'll Be Doing (besides being awesome) • Complete nursing assessments for new clients (first impressions matter!) • Monitor clients during detox and treatment — from vitals to vibes • Administer medications (including Suboxone, Vivitrol, Methadone) like a pro • Handle medical issues and crisis interventions like the calm, confident RN you are • Keep documentation sharp, clear, and compliant (our EHR game is strong) • Work with doctors, therapists, and case managers to coordinate care • Educate clients and families about treatment plans, meds, and what comes next • Follow all state, federal, and ethical guidelines — professionalism is still cool • Join staff meetings, trainings, and give input — your voice matters here What We're Looking For • RN license in good standing (Missouri) • CPR/BLS certified (ACLS is a plus) • 2+ years in behavioral health, detox, or psych nursing preferred • Experience with withdrawal protocols (CIWA, COWS), MAT, and co-occurring disorders • Trauma-informed mindset + excellent communication skills • You’ve got a valid driver’s license, CPR certification (or can get it in 30 days), and if you’re in recovery, you’ve got at least 2 years of continued sobriety under your belt. • Bonus points if you know your way around CBT, DBT, MI, or 12-Step models Why You'll Actually Love It Here: • We take our mission seriously—and ourselves just enough • We build people up, not just treat them • Leadership listens (no really, it’s not just a buzzword here) • You’ll be part of shaping something from the ground up—your input matters • Competitive pay, growth opportunities, support, and solid people • A workplace where your input is welcomed and your well-being matters • A culture that believes in humor, heart, and high standards Sound Like a Fit?
