Schedule Details:
• Self-Scheduled
• Shift: 3rd Shift (7pm-7:30am)
• FTE: 0.9 (12-hour shifts)
• Schedule: 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays every 6 weeks, plus 1 weekend per 6-week schedule and 2 holidays.

Your Role:
• Float between various units delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Maintain clinical excellence while adapting to different workflows.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience: Minimum of 18 months Med/Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).
• Flexibility: Ability to meet scheduling requirements.
Training & Skills:
• Receive extensive training including ACLS, NIHSS, and IV Ultrasound.
• Cross-trained as Charge Nurse to enhance leadership skills.

Licenses & Certifications:
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Degrees:
Completion of an accredited nursing program.

• Proficiency in holistic patient care.
• Ability to recognize and respond to changes effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
