Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation - Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift (7PM–7:30AM) Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation – Cincinnati, OH (Silverton area) Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation, located at 6922 Ohio Avenue in Cincinnati’s Silverton community, is hiring a Full-Time Night Shift RN to join our resident-centered long-term care team. As a Night Shift RN, you will oversee clinical care overnight, provide direct nursing services, and support our LPNs and CNAs to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and dignified care. Position Details • Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift • Schedule: Full-Time, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM • Location: Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation, 6922 Ohio Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45236 (Silverton area) • Sign-On Bonus: None Key Responsibilities • Provide and oversee direct nursing care to residents on the night shift, including assessments, care planning, medication administration, treatments, and wound care. • Monitor resident conditions overnight, respond promptly to changes in status, and communicate critical information to the interdisciplinary team and oncoming shift. • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and facility policies, ensuring accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance. • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs on the night shift, delegate tasks appropriately, and promote teamwork and accountability. • Ensure proper documentation of care, assessments, and interventions in the electronic medical record. • Promote a calm, safe, and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff throughout the night.
