LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS • Licensed Registered Nurse, State of Florida • CPR certification (Basic Life Support) • Successful completion of GSMC medication test • Chemotherapy provider card required after 18 months of employment/transfer • ACLS within 6 month employment/transfer • Basic EKG #LI-NM1 Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
