Registered Nurse (RN) – OB/GYN

TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to women across all stages of life. The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting patients in clinical and procedural settings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Job Responsibilities
• Deliver direct nursing care to patients in OB/GYN clinics, labor and delivery units, or surgical settings.
• Assist with OB/GYN exams, prenatal visits, minor procedures, and postpartum follow-up care.
• Monitor maternal and fetal health, recognize complications, and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Educate patients about reproductive health, pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and document all care provided.
• Support patient advocacy and promote informed decision-making in reproductive care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
Qualifications
• Current and unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in OB/GYN, labor and delivery, or women's health nursing preferred.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care to diverse patient populations.
