Your Impact:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be essential in ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. Your duties include assessing patient conditions, developing personalized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments and create tailored care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as directed
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history
• Provide wound care and other necessary nursing interventions
• Work with the interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
• Guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality care

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse:
• Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
