Position: RN or LPN (contract)
Location: Bushland, TX
Compensation: $27-40/hour
Hours: 12 hours/week
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses (RN or LPN) in the Bushland, TX area to administer patient care in accordance with a physician-established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Patients' needs include 12 hours/week, flexible schedule.
\n- Active RN license (State or Compact)
- 1+ year of RN experience (clinical or home health)
- CPR certification
- TB test (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Liability insurance
- Follow physician-prescribed care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vitals
- Educate patients and families
- Collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, and Case Managers
- Document care accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform various activities associated with daily living
